By placing 1,800 (150cm size) compact pocket springs in each of our bases, all nestling snugly together in a honeycomb arrangement and secured by tying through the centre of each spring, we have ensured our base is fully supportive but also incredibly responsive. In addition, multiple perimeter frames make the edges strong enough to withstand the extra wear and tear that’s inevitable, from sitting on the edge of the bed and eliminate any sensation of rolling off when lying close to the edge of the bed.

The base frame itself is made from substantial 18mm hardwood ply, which is stronger than ordinary timber and won’t warp, twist or split over time, screwed and glued together for maximum strength.
