Every last drop of our master mattress makers’ knowledge and skill has been poured into the creation of Legend – a bed that is literally beyond compare. We have taken our Superior Revolution Pocket Spring System, with its maximum spring count of 2,520 (in the 150cm size mattress), and combined this with a full 22lb selection of the finest fillings we know. Almost half of this magnificent mix is extravagant hand teased white cashmere, the other half is our own long loose stranded white hair.

Then we asked our ticking suppliers to spare no expense in producing a cover irresistibly soft and inviting to the touch, which would respond to body movement in complete harmony with the springs and fillings. The result is a remarkable fabric woven with a 100% viscose warp and a cashmere, silk and merino wool mix weft.

For the final touch, only our most experienced craftsmen close the Legend mattress and complete it with four rows of meticulous hand side stitching and hand tufting. This extraordinary mattress needs an extraordinary base to complement it and we have risen to the challenge with the most inspired piece of engineering to date: a base incorporating a second, full 2,520 spring Superior Revolution Pocket Spring Unit.
